Following Laing O’Rourke taking over completion of a former Carillion project to construct the new Royal Liverpool University Hospital it was found that fire protection previously installed by other contractors did not comply with regulations.
Following a fire strategy survey of this hotel in the centre of Newcastle, it was found the the service penetrations at all levels needed upgrading to bring in line with current regulations.
