The brief:
Following a fire strategy survey of this hotel in the centre of Newcastle, it was found the the service penetrations at all levels needed upgrading to bring in line with current regulations.
The solution:
Using a combination of intumescent batt and sealant along with Firefly Titan Lite, all installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, our operatives sealed various openings and service penetrations through within the service compartments to ensure the building is fully compliant.
